The CH-800 Square Bowl Forming & Rim Curling Machine is a single-lane, full-servo system developed for producing square-bottom paper bowls and food containers with rounded corners and a clean, smoothly curled rim. Its controlled forming process supports consistent container shape, precise rim quality and stable day-to-day production.The machine can be configured with customized molds according to the customer’s product sample, dieline, material and finished dimensions. It is suitable for producing rectangular and square paper bowls for takeaway meals, ready-to-eat foods, bakery products and other food-packaging applications.
