The CH-Y520 Four-Station Horizontal Packaging Machine is designed for efficient and reliable automatic packaging of cup products. The machine is equipped with four independent motor control systems, while the feeding mechanism adopts servo motor control to ensure smooth and stable operation.
It integrates automatic cup feeding, cup discharging, waste collection, and intelligent packaging film control into one complete system. The machine can automatically start when material is detected and stop when no material is available, helping prevent unnecessary sealing and reduce film waste. An automatic low-air-pressure alarm and stop function further improves operational reliability and production safety.
With a packaging speed of approximately 10–15 pcs/min, the CH-Y520 can accommodate different cup sizes and supports OPP, PE, PP, and POF packaging films. Its automated design makes it suitable for manufacturers looking to improve packaging efficiency, reduce manual operation, and achieve more consistent packaging quality.
